You can get adequate nutrition by having vegetables, fruits, nutritional shakes, chicken, tuna fish, salmon fish and lean beef. You should not forget to have fats containing Omega 3 and 6 which form essential part of nutrition.

You should have small meals about 5 – 7 times a day instead of 2 – 3 times a day. Also you should intake lots of water during the meals. Stay away from eating foods such as cake, cookies, chips, white bread etc. If you follow this kind of food schedule, then the condition of your mind and body will be stable during the training as well as after the training. Soon, you will achieve the goal of increasing your verticle.
