The Role of Exercise in Increasing Your Verticle

The role of exercise is very vital in increasing your verticle. However, you cannot just do any exercise. There are some particular exercises which are specifically designed for increasing your verticle. These exercises strengthen lower back muscles, abs and sides. Here, the lean muscle tissues in the lower back and abs will be strengthened which enhance the ability of jumping higher.

It is recommended to include power exercise methods in increasing verticle programs. For example, Plyometrics enhance muscle strength in a short period of time. In addition to them, rope skipping, non-stop jumping, depth jumps, attitude jumps, and flying pull ups and jumping push ups. You can also try bench presses, some weight lifting repetitions, squats and dead lifts.

If you find yourself losing interest and inspiration in doing the exercises after some days, do not worry. It is normal. Give a rest to your body for a while. You can again start to exercise once your body is energized. Never ever try to continue exercising when your body and mind are exhausted. It will do no good at all.
